Who We Are

Distinctive Education is the right of each child, no matter his economic status is’, a new initiative with the IB organization and the Egyptian Ministry of Education to apply the IB education in a governmental school in Egypt. 

The Egyptian International School, 'a governmental school in Egypt', is a PYP candidate school pursuing authorization as an IB World in March 2023.
In 2014 a protocol was signed gathering GEF- Egypt with the Egyptian Ministry of Education and the IBO. 
According to this protocol, GPIS Leaders led the creation and implementation of 2 governmental schools that would apply the three IB programs as a model for the development of Education in Egypt.
